It will take 8-10 days for the artist to complete the portrait and another 1-2 days (depending which shipping method you choose) to arrive. Please feel to contact us via email if you have any questions about the process.

Once you place your order, you will have time to work with our artist to confirm the picture you would like to use for the portrait. No changes can be made after the picture has been finalized between you and the artist via email.
