Please send a picture (or pictures) of your furry friend to our email, contact@inuluv.com.  We will be happy to work with you which picture to use if you like.

How long does it take for me to get the portrait of my pet?

Accepted Answer

It will take 8-10 days for the artist to complete the portrait and another 1-2 days (depending which shipping method you choose) to arrive.  Please feel to contact us via email if you have any questions about the process.

What if I would like the portrait the artist has painted on one of your products?

Accepted Answer

We are happy to help you put your furry friend's painted image on any of the products we offer.  Please feel free to contact us via email.

What if I change my mind and want to change the picture I want to use of my pet?

Accepted Answer

Once you place your order, you will have time to work with our artist to confirm the picture you would like to use for the portrait.  No changes can be made after the picture has been finalized between you and the artist via email.
